If you would like your camp to be included in THE SUMMER BOOK®, please complete and return our Camp Survey form. Please note that you are limited to one survey per organization.

To be included in THE SUMMER BOOK®, you must submit your completed survey by January 15. You may do so by using one of the following methods:
