The Houston Shakespeare Festival Conservatory is a rigorous two week, intensive summer camp for high school students, focusing on teaching Shakespeare performance and exposing students to the professional theatre world. The HSF Conservatory is designed to give high school students the opportunity to: 1) Participate in one-on-one Master Classes with AEA professionals in acting, voice, text analysis, stage combat and more; 2) Perform at Houston's premiere summer theatre festival and be seen by over 25,000 spectators; 3) Develop and perform a showcase of scenes and monologues; and 4) Create and present two Green Shows at Miller Outdoor Theatre.
